Welcome to Fangrui Ding lab single cell atlas of rat kidney from birth to maturity

This gene expression database shows the expression of a specific gene in 54,704 individually sequenced cells of rat kidney cells from just after birth to adulthood (six time points: postnatal days 0, 2, 5, 10, 20, and 56). To use this resource for the gene of interest and evaluate the expression in different cells, please type in a gene symbol (make sure you use the mouse gene ID; such as Nphs1) and click Search.
